Question: How Do I return merchandise?
Answer: E-mail us at returns@campingtofishing.com within 15 days of receipt of the package and tell us the nature of your problem. We will give you a return authorization number that you will need to write on the box. If you are returning the item because of a mistake made by camping to fishing.com, your shipping will be reimbursed within 2 weeks of receipt of the package. If you just don't want the item you purchased, then you will have to pay for return shipping and any other fees. For your protection, you will need to insure the package for its full value.
Question: Is there anyway I can get a discount on shipping?
Answer: Yes! We are dedicated to bringing you the best products at the cheapest prices possible and with gas prices on the rise, shipping costs are also becoming ridiculously high. The way to get a discount on shipping, is you have to order items in BULK, which means ordering 4 or more items from our camping category or 4 or more items from our fishing category. You will need to e-mail us at customerservice@campingtofishing.com with your product #s', how many of each items you want, your address and we will e-mail you with your discounted price on shipping. We will give you a great discount on shipping and in some cases your savings could possibly be up to 40% off. If you email us during business hours you will get a price the same business day, if after hours you will get a price the next business day.
Question: What if I need warranty service?
Answer: Our suppliers hold to the strictest standards of quality control, and all of our products are fully warranted by the manufacturer. If by chance you receive a product which is defective, a replacement will be shipped, as soon as the defective merchandise is returned. Defective merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Defective items will only be replaced for the same item. Please send an email to customerservice@campingtofishing.com for return instructions and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. All warranty issues will be handle under the manufactures warranty and use of the product is at your own risk.
Question: How do I know if my order has shipped?
Answer: Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us with the details of your purchase. Once shipped, you will receive a second email confirming that your order has shipped. Tracking information will also be included in that email so that you can easily track your package. Some packages are shipped USPS to save our customers money it just depends on the size and weight of the package. Packages shipped USPS will not have a tracking number with them. For questions about tracking, please contact us at sales@campingtofishing.com and include your name and order number. Some items will also be shipped DHL and they will not have a tracking number either.
Question: What do I do if my package is damaged during shipping?
Answer: You should contact the package carrier that delivered the package whether it's (UPS, FedEx, RPS, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. Camping to Fishing.com will not accept or be responsible for merchandise damaged in transit. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
Question: What do I do if I receive the wrong item?
Answer: You will need to e-mail us at customerservice@campingtofishing.com for a Return Authorization Number. We will e-mail you back with the Return Authorization Number and the address to ship the incorrect item to upon receipt of the incorrect item, we will ship the correct item back to you. Make sure you send the return receipt for shipping in with the incorrect item. The freight credit will either be the exact amount on the original invoice or the actual cost of freight. This will be done at Camping to Fishings' discretion. If the order was shipped ground, and the end user decides to overnight the package to us to get it here faster, they will do that at their own expense. Camping to Fishing will reimburse you for the return shipping and will pay to have the correct item shipped to you.
Once the item is received back, we will ship out the correct item. If you wish to have the correct item shipped out prior to us receiving back the incorrect item, we can do so, but you will be responsible for the original item’s purchase price should it not get returned. Make sure to: - Include a copy of the original packing slip - Note the Return Authorization number of the outside on the packaging* - Ship it via a traceable method (UPS, FedEx, USPS w/package tracking)
Question: What do I do if the item I order ends up being out of stock or discontinued? Answer: If an item you ordered and paid for already is for some reason out of stock or discontinued. You will have your money refunded and to show you how sorry we are we will give you a 10% discount on your next purchase here at Camping to Fishing.com. We do everything in our power to prevent this from happening but you know as well as I know things do happen and we will make it up to you in anyway that we can if it happens to you.
Question: How will my package be shipped? Answer: Here at Camping to Fishing.com we use the whichever of the companies is going to be the cheapest for each individual package. All orders are shipped Ground and due to the huge cost of overnighting packages. we will not offer it unless we receive a e-mail stating you want the package overnighted and give us the go ahead to charge your credit card the additional fee. However we do not recommend overnight shipping due to the high cost.
Question: How long does it take for my package to be shipped? Answer: Your package usually ships within 48 hours of ordering depending on the day you order it. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday it will normally ship the following Tuesday. We strive to get your packages out sooner than 48 hours and no longer than 72 hours.
